Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Products must be returned in original packaging where possible
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases unless approved by our support team prior to return.
Approved change-of-mind returns must be unused and in original condition.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.
Refunds
Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
